Here we go! Newly retired, and now single A-Rod is back on the prowl! It sounds like the less-than-a-year relationship with some Silicon Valley CEO has ended and he’s ready to get back in the game. Page Six has the details: Former Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez and his girlfriend, Silicon Valley CEO Anne Wojcicki, have broken up after dating for just under a year, sources exclusively confirm to Page Six.Rodriguez — who is in Los Angeles this weekend and will be attending Oscar parties, including the Vanity Fair bash, solo — and Wojcicki, the ex-wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin, quietly separated a few months ago we’re told. A source told us, “They were an unusual couple, from very different backgrounds, but they are both smart business people, and had quite a few things in common, including a fascination with the tech world. But, perhaps in the end, they were a little too different.” We need A-Rod to date another weird celebrity. Nobody other than him would go from Madonna to Kate Hudson to Cameron Diaz within like 2 years.
