A year after doing big things in Toronto, NBA All-Star weekend in New Orleans has been a total snoozefest — Wes Matthews and Kyle Lowry tanked the three-point contest, players went half speed for the skills challenge, and the dunk contest reverted back to being unwatchable thanks to gravity striking back at Aaron Gordon.
