A lot of you guys gave us shit on Twitter for saying Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl halftime show topped Beyonce’s performance at SB 50. More than a week later, we’re still not backing off that stance. Sorry, not everyone possesses a hivemind mentality and buys whatever the hell Beyonce is selling.
Gaga simply gave us everything we wanted: a rooftop jump, the hits (“Poker Face,” “Bad Romance”), and most importantly, Charissa Thompson (and Peter Schrager) jamming out on the field:
Better than anything we'll see on the #GRAMMYs tonight.@CharissaT & @PSchrags own this @ladygaga performance. pic.twitter.com/jgw6jwYRe3

So electric that the people around CT were watching her instead of Gaga.
Dear Diary, I am sorry but not sorry. I was sober despite what it looks like and I just hope @PSchrags knows the depth of my gratitude https://t.co/KdhWhjwp3e
