Want to go to Vegas and rent out an entire hotel?
It’ll cost you $7,500 to take control of the Artisan Hotel on Sahara Ave. You’ll get 63 rooms. You’ll get the pool. You’ll get the ultra lounge. You get it all and your friend will only pay $119/room, but you’ll have control of the whole place. No way I know 63 couples who would fly to Vegas at the same time and stay at some unknown hotel, but it sounds cool. I’d rather find 30 couples, double the cost and have like 55-60 people at the place just living it up. The pool area looks nice.
