Ahhh, it’s finally go time for Vegas parking garages
“The era of free parking on the Strip officially will end at midnight Wednesday when MGM Resorts International begins charging locals for self-parking at all of its Las Vegas resorts except Circus Circus,” the Las Vegas Sun reports today. MGM is being nice and allowing you to have free parking if you sign up for the MGM credit card. You can still get free valet if you’re a local. It’ll run you $18 a day if you stay at the Bellagio, still a good deal compared to even a hotel in downtown Cleveland. So many of you quit gambling at the casinos that they needed to find another revenue stream. Hitting up the clubs and just walking around the resorts is to blame. Give me a downtown die casino and I’m good.
