Buy Colin Kaepernick’s San Jose Home — $2.895 Million

There’s no shortage of controversy surrounding non-voter activist (and 49ers quarterback) Colin Kaepernick, but there’s one thing everyone should be able to agree upon: his San Jose home is absolutely baller.

And if there are any super rich Silicon Valley folks in the market for a new place, Colin’s looking to move his sleek four-bedroom pad for $2.895 million. According to public records, Colin bought the house in 2014 for $2.7 million, so he’s hoping to make some spending money here.

Information from Colin’s realtor (via Redfin):

A Silver Creek Gem! This 20K sq ft secluded, private lot has breathtaking views and complete privacy for the buyer who is looking to enjoy the tranquil life in the midst of the Silicon Valley! This 4,569 sq ft 4 bedroom 5.5 bath home also has a large office and a separate movie/entertainment room. Huge 12’ soaring ceilings on the first level, open concept with recently $300K of remodeling touches throughout the house. The spacious backyard has a waterfall swimming pool and jacuzzi with privacy from all sides and breathtaking views overlooking the valley! Complete with a private driveway, electronic gate and camera security system for the property.

Activism aside, Colin’s actually been okay filling in at quarterback for the 49ers this season. He’ll be able to hit free agency this coming offseason, so he might be looking to the future with this move.

Additional details of Colin’s home:

  • 4 beds/ 5.5 baths/ 4,569 sqft
  • Slick pool table
  • 9 miles from Whole Foods
