Pistons forward Marcus Morris is a fine young basketball player, but like many in the NBA, he has no shot to stop the runaway freight train that is Russell Westbrook. Marcus knows this, so he did himself a solid tonight by making sure he didn’t get posterized by Russell with a slick sidestep:
