Life comes at you fast, just ask Mike Dunleavy Jr.
Last October, he dropped $3.85 million on a fancy house in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. But he obviously didn’t get to enjoy it much after getting dealt from the Bulls to the Cavaliers this past offseason.
He re-listed the house for $4.1 million back in July, but it looks like he’s not getting much traction as he dropped the asking price down to $3.995 million in late September.
Details on the house from Realtor:
Exquisite SFH on one of Lincoln Park’s most desirable streets. Beautiful limestone facade, attached heated garage, elevator, and amazing outdoor space with built-in grill, IPE decking, outdoor fireplace and skyline views. Chef’s kitchen appointed with high-end appliances, butler’s pantry, large banquette, and family room w/ fireplace and built-ins. Gracious formal living and dining room w/ limestone fireplace. Generous master with large WIC and spa-like master bath. Large finished recreation area with wine room. Radiant heat on 2nd level, garage, and lower level. Home has many upgrades since closing in ’15 – custom built-ins throughout, Stark carpeting, sound, electronic shades, outdoor spaces, wine room. The home is impeccable and will not disappoint!
Mike still stands to make a slight profit assuming someone bites at the new price, which would obviously be a nice bonus to joining a championship-contending team.
Additional highlights of Mike’s home:
- 6 beds/ 2 baths/ 6,234 sqft
- Skyline views of city
- Plenty of Whole Foods markets to walk to
