How do I know the Raiders are going to Las Vegas? It doesn’t get much more official than this
Howie Long gave a speech in Las Vegas on Monday throwing his support behind a new Vegas Raiders stadium. There it is, Oakland’s screwed. You don’t bring in Howie Long unless it’s official that it’s officially time to start calling them the Las Vegas Raiders. “If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it 14 times since I’ve landed,” Long told the frenzied crowd. “To me, this is a no-brainer. This is like a trick SAT question: ‘Spell cat,’ and I’m saying, ‘Where’s the trick here? Where’s the problem?’” There you go. It’s happening. Also, this means we’ll get HUGE college football matchups in Vegas on Labor Day weekend. That’ll happen too. Just think if they get Ohio State vs. Oregon or something like that in a Labor Day game. You’d have 45,000 Ohio State fans in town who wouldn’t even go to the game. They’d just be there to tailgate and gamble.

Kirk Cousins will still want $20M avg/$60M in guarantees. The real question is whether Washington would franchise him again for $23,943,600. https://t.co/sPrELNSnyb
