City Councilman Wearing Terrelle Pryor Ohio State Jersey During DUI Arrest

Pickerington (Ohio) City Council member Brandon Ogden, 35, had himself a Saturday night to remember. He was picked up for DUI by the city cops that uphold the city laws…like DUI. Ogden was picked up early Sunday morning and he was still wearing his Terrelle Pryor gamer. You might remember that the Buckeyes game didn’t end until well after midnight due to the weather delay.

From WSYX:

Ogden was initially stopped Sunday morning for speeding on Diley Road. The police report said the officer smelled alcohol and Ogden had bloodshot eyes. It also said Ogden, who serves as the chair of the Pickerington City Council safety committee, refused to take a breathalyzer test at the scene.

While there is no audio of the councilman on the dash cam, the report said Ogden was swearing at officers as they were handcuffing him and told them he is a Pickerington City Council [member].

Pickerington Police Commander Greg Annis said his officers acted properly.

Swearing at officers as they were doing their job? Come on bro, you’re better than that. According to the Columbus Dispatch, Ogden, with his wife beside him, told officers he and his wife were returning home after watching the game in the Arena District in Columbus. They had had a couple of drinks.

According to the report, Ogden WENT OFF: “This is bull…, this is … bull…. I’m a … councilman for the city of Pickerington.”
