Twins Bia & Branca Feres Are Competing In Rio Synchronized Swimming Finals

Bia Branca Feres Olympics Synchronized Swimming

It’s been nearly 9 years since I started BC and it feels like Bia & Branca Feres, the Brazilian synchronized swimmers, have participated in 6 Olympics since 2007. It wouldn’t be the Olympics without these two creating pageviews havoc and they’re back at it here in 2016 as part of the Brazilian synchronized team that competes in the finals Thursday.

Just when I thought they had faded off into retirement and found love, children and real lives, the pageviews start rolling in for these two. A quick check of their IG shows that not only are Bia & Branca, 29, back, they seem to be busier than ever being the Hot Brazilian Twins.

Things weren’t all smooth over the last few years. There was a point in 2011 when the twins and their brand started to fade. The TV shows started to get stale and they even resorted to getting implants. But Rio was always on the horizon. Somehow the twins’ brand rebounded and the money started rolling in again for 2016. Samsung’s one of their brands. Adidas jumped on board. They’re still huge Brazilian TV stars. There are still magazine covers.

Now they’re competing with seven other Brazilian synchronized swimmers for gold on the home turf.
