I’d say around 99% of the athlete houses we feature here are wildly out of the price range for most of the people reading this site. I’m going to go ahead and assume that our readers aren’t rolling around with millions and millions of dollars. So, for one of the few times it happens, here’s a house that a reader could actually buy.
Mookie Betts, the Boston Red Sox outfielder and up and coming superstar, bought this house in Nashville back in 2014 and has put it on the market. Betts is a Nashville native so it he’s probably looking for an upgraded off-season house, especially with a new contract extension possibly coming soon.
Details from the realtor:
Open floor plan, beautifully maintained & barely lived in, spacious bedrooms with a full finished basement w/ bedroom & full bath…wonderful & convenient location!
Not much to say from the realtor, because really there isn’t anything to say. The house is about as basic as it gets.
