Oklahoma Sooners Fan Arrested For Bloody Hammer Attack On Auburn Fan Over What Sounds Like A Drug Feud

What happens when an Oklahoma Sooners fan who has been posting wild drug using/addict claims on Facebook finally comes face to face with the Auburn Tigers fan he’s been railing against in an Alabama apartment? Police say the Sooners fan WENT OFF on Auburn fan’s head…with a hammer & left a “bloody scene.”
Eddie Dotson is your Sooners fan. Waylon Parsons is the Auburn fan. That should help you keep track of what’s going on here.
Let’s check in with the Decatur Daily for the arrest details:

Eddie Edward Dotson, 38, 303 Austinville Road S.W. Apt. 3, is charged with second-degree assault, a Class C felony punishable by one to 10 years in prison, according to the Decatur Police Department.

Dotson is accused of attacking Waylon James Parsons, who was taken to Decatur Morgan Hospital for treatment of injuries that were not life-threatening, Lt. Proncey Robertson said in a statement.
“Parsons was suffering from multiple contusions and lacerations from hits to the head area with a hammer,” Robertson said, and was transported to Decatur Morgan Hospital for treatment. His condition was not immediately available.

Investigators have not identified a cause of the attack, but Robertson said witnesses indicated the attack came from “out of nowhere.”

The attack came out of nowhere? One look at Facebook tells me that Dotson was jonesing to go hammertime.
