How was my week in L.A.?
Very interesting. There were some extreme highs (interviewing Cam Newton & getting the BCS game pants signed) and low lows (a certain video from the ESPYs party was pulled). The weather was great like normal, I found out BC James lives in Beverly Hills and that you can’t always trust brand reps with your travel arrangements. Are you a blogger who’s going on a brand trip? Always check your flights for the correct days/info before you fly. Learned my lesson and had a brand rep who wouldn’t commit to putting me in a hotel room if I couldn’t get a flight Thursday night. Also learned that there’s a pretty cool downtown L.A. rooftop scene – ask the door guys at the Ace Hotel to show you the secret rooftop elevator entrance.
