Johnny Cueto Is Finally Selling His Cincinnati House

What kind of savage MLB pitcher has carpet in his at-home weight room? Johnny Cueto does in his Cincinnati house that he needs to sell because he’s not heading back to the Reds any time soon. He’s now under contract with the Giants until 2022 and will make $130 million over the life of that contract.
So…he needs to dump this basic Cincy house for $425,000.
According to Johnny’s realtor:

Beautiful home situated on large lot and quiet cul-de-sac. Freshly refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout entire home. Newer carpet. Eat-in gourmet kitchen with attached family room and walkout. Finished LL with full bathroom. Enjoy the private lush grounds & fabulous in ground pool.

Let’s be honest here, that’s not a “fabulous” in-ground pool. It’s very, very basic and the concrete could use a good power washing.

Other highlights of Cueto’s pad:

• 5 beds, 4 baths over 3,000 sq ft – not counting the basement
• The pond is in the neighbor’s yard, but maybe they’ll let you fish it
• The pool table looks nice…he’s not taking it so add it to the offer
• 3.2 miles to Montgomery Inn Ribs
• 4.6 miles to Whole Foods
Mortgage: You’re looking at $1,500 or so before taxes & with 20% down
