Buy Adrian Peterson’s Grand Texas Home — $8.5 Million

It’s only June but Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson already has his eyes set on the ultimate prize — a Super Bowl trophy. Adrian’s dead serious, as he told the media this week that players on the squad who don’t have the same goals should be traded.
And off the field, Adrian is keeping busy by listing his massive home in The Woodlands for $8.5 million. He bought the place for just over $5 million in 2013, so Adrian’s looking to make a nice profit here.
Information from Adrian’s realtor:

Exquisite estate home located in the heart of The Woodlands. Gracefully situated on 9 acres, this wooded property backs to a private & tranquil reserve. A gated entry leads to the beautifully appointed Bill Hughes custom home. Built for entertaining, this backyard retreat showcases 1700+ of outdoor living space. Indoors, attention to detail, style & color compliment each other creating luxurious spaces. This majestic home is surrounded by a natural border of trees & professional landscaping.

Obviously the outdoor amenities are legit, but it’s worth nothing there is also a media room, game room and den within this palace.
