Bryce Harper tried out something different tonight by opting to go without his batting gloves during his sixth inning at-bat against Mike Leake.
Suffice it to say, going full-Vlady Guerrero worked out for the best because he smashed a Leake offering to the moon (or third deck, if we’re being accurate):

And once he got back into the dugout, Bryce did what any rational human being would do — he found some scissors, cut his gloves into pieces, and threw them away:
