Moving to NY, need a place in the West Village?
Rupert Murdoch is selling his 25-foot wide pad for a cool $28.9 million. At that price you get four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a gym, elevator, wine cellar and Empire State Building views. NY prices, man. I’d need a yard at that price. Of course if you have that money, you probably can afford a helicopter to get you out to Long Island to visit your $50 million summer mansion. I always forget that about rich people. They’re always one step ahead. Oh and for $28.9 million I’d need a really cool man cave. Rupert’s place doesn’t have one that I see.
