Cara Robinson, the co-host on the Golf Channel’s Morning Drive with a British accent, joined the show in 2015 after hosting a weekly Sky Sports show called Golf World. A native of England, Robinson is also responsible for interviewing some of the biggest names in the sport for Morning Drive and features for NBC Sports.
Cara’s also responsible for hosting Golf Channel specials like the Dell Match Play Bracket Special for the World Golf Championship stop in Austin that tees off on Wednesday at the Austin Country Club.
Robinson was part of the overhaul ushered in on Morning Drive after Holly Sonders left for Fox Sports in 2014. Bailey Mosier was also part of the changes that took place in 2015 for a channel that just keeps setting ratings records (according to the channel) in a sport that continues to be hammered by chatter of its demise. The average viewers for Morning Drive was up +187% in 2015, Robinson’s first year with the show.
