If there are any teams out there in need of a run-stuffing defensive lineman, this might be the free agent class to make a splash purchase. The big names primarily come out of New York, where both Muhammad Wilkerson and Damon Harrison are looking to land big deals.
Per ESPN’s Rich Cimini, the Jets have designs on franchising Wilkerson, which could open the door to a potential trade. Meanwhile, Harrison’s been telling his followers on Twitter that his best has yet to come:
The fact that the best of me has yet to come should excite my supporters…but it should seriously frighten anybody who isn't for me. #UDFA

Outside of the Jets players, other premier names include B.J. Raji, Malik Jackson (who wants to test the open market), Ian Williams, and Jaye Howard.
