Hawks G Dennis Schroder Bought This Nice Atlanta Home — $750K

There are a lot of trade rumors surrounding the Atlanta Hawks right now. Kyle Korver, Al Horford, Jeff Teague — with those names being tossed around, it sure sounds like no one is safe from a potential fire sale.
But for Dennis Schroder’s sake, we sure hope he stays put. The guy just put down $750,000 on a European-style home in the ritzy Buckhead district, so a trade now wouldn’t be optimal, to say the least.
Details from the realtor (via Atlanta Fine Homes):

European influences add to a home’s character and architectural value, and 1719 Buckhead Valley Lane NE is an exemplary display of the raw beauty of brick and stone.
Coffered ceilings, impressive trimwork, meticulously maintained hardwood floors and streaming natural light are a few of the gorgeous design details that will first draw your eye upon entrance. In the center of this home’s open floor plan is a gleaming kitchen, ripe for a gourmet cook to take advantage of the top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen overlooks a spaciously combined den and family room for the ultimate ability to stretch out and truly enjoy your new home. There is an elevator shaft for future installation of an elevator, if needed.

$750,000 is actually a really tame number as far as Athlete Real Estate goes, so Dennis should totally go for that elevator installation. It’s only right.
