Captain Morgan came to BC last week looking for a nomination for its Mardi Gras MVP – Most Valuable Partier – challenge during Super Bowl weekend in New Orleans. It took me a couple seconds before thinking of A.J. Rondini, the legendary Browns Muni Lot tailgating expert, who showed me a great time back in September.
I thought it was only fair to nominate A.J. for a great time in New Orleans with Captain Morgan, the new Captain Blast and the Original Spiced Rum, which looks like A.J.’s favorite.
This guy just got done surviving the Jonas blizzard. He’s a Marine recruiter. He deserves a trip to Nola on Super Bowl weekend to kickoff Mardi Gras season with the Captain.
I know what Browns fans are thinking here: “Are you crazy? I thought you hated Browns fans.” See, now that’s not the right way to think about things. I respect people who have a good time. I don’t care which team you root for. If you’re the life of the party and know how to have a good time, I just might nominate you for a trip to Nola.
