Holy Hayden Panettiere at the Critics’ Choice Awards. You’re supposed to wear that to the Golden Globes.
Page Six reported this morning that Panettiere, who is engaged to Wladimir Klitschko, had mentioned her battle postpartum depression during at least one media stop during 2015. She sure was smiling last night…and that dress doesn’t scream depression. The couple’s first child was born in 2014.
Panettiere was even talking about her situation Sunday night on the red carpet. Via E!:
“I want to put out a good example for my daughter and tell her that she could be anyone she wants to be, she does not have to be afraid that somebody’s not going to like it because no matter what you do, there’s always going to be somebody who doesn’t like it,” Panettiere said. “I was floored by the positive response and really happy I could stand up for the women who are out there suffering from this and let them know it’s OK, they’re not alone. It doesn’t mean they’re weak.”
And now she’s happy and definitely looking healthy. Good for her.
