There’s been a major surge in baseball players posting parts of their training regimens on social media over the past month. Box jumps, tires filled with weights, more box jumps — you get the picture, spring training is getting close.
But everyone can officially stop; because Yankees star Alex Rodriguez has officially put his stamp on the offseason training game with a nice little video montage. That’s right, A-Rod put away his Beverly Hills cargo khakis and is grinding at The U:

Gotta love A-Rod for posting this onto Instagram. We’re pretty sure 80 percent of the comments are PED-related, but he’s over that. He has a couple more years making bank for the Yankees, and then he’ll smoothly transition over to broadcasting if he wants.
