The Jerry World Security Guard vs. Panthers Fan holding the “Keep Pounding” sign battle on Thanksgiving Day has turned into a national story and the Panthers fan has filed a charge against the security guard for putting him in a chokehold. Now Dallas media is all over the story — good thing the Internet turned this into a story for them — and they’re looking for answers.
Fox 4 found the security guard, who isn’t giving up his name, and wanted to know why he put Panthers fan in that chokehold that’s not used these days by cops.
“I had to do what I had to do to get him to comply,” the guard said.
Interesting strategy. It took Brandon Marshall fan pulling the security guard’s arms off Panthers fan before he stopped choking the guy. By the way, where are the cops? The incident went on for over a minute and zero cop presence.
Of course Jerry World, the Cowboys and the Arlington police have no comment.
