The Patriots — and Rob Gronkowski’s family — threw everyone a curveball Tuesday when they actually released injury information in a joint statement. Basically there’s no timetable for Gronk’s return, but that was more information than anyone expected after Belichick’s top-notch postgame conference Sunday night.
Unfortunately for Belichick, he still can’t win when he does release an injury statement because the media even had questions about that this morning.
Suffice it to say he wasn’t too pleased about it, and desperately wanted to direct questions to the PR department:
