Tonight’s CMA Awards briefly turned into an ESPN segment when Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso took the stage to introduce performer (and co-host) Brad Paisley.
But, of course, before they got to Paisley, Herbstreit and Corso had to mention the College Football Playoff rankings and shoutout Clemson and Bama:

The two eventually circled back to Paisley with Corso donning a giant Paisley head for the grand intro:
