NFL Playoff Probabilities
It’s October 26 and the Patriots already have a 99% probability of making the playoffs and the highest probability (18%) of winning the Super Bowl. You know the last time the Patriots lost at home when leading at halftime? 12/24/00. Tom Brady was a rookie and completed one pass that season. In other words, the Bengals and Broncos are screwed in the AFC Championship game. The Panthers now have the highest probability on the NFC side (15%) for the Super Bowl. And sad news for Lions fans…your season is finished. You’ve been eliminated from playoff contention.
