October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) which means the NFL is about to go Pink. From the helmet stickers all the way down to the socks, NFL teams prepare for BCAM with a whole new set of uniforms that are decked out in Pink.
The cheerleaders from all the NFL teams follow the same lead and rock out with some specially made Pink pom-poms, knee-high socks, or headbands.
But they also enjoy showing off their Halloween costumes too. That’s what makes October one of the greatest months of the year. Just thinking about how lucky we are to go to a NFL game and watch the cheerleaders dressed up in anything from a sailor to a kitty kat, makes us want to stop what we are doing and buy more tickets.
