Rex Ryan was impressed by what he saw in the stands during Sundays Bills-Titans game in Nashville where thousands of Bills fans invaded and took over during a 14-13 win.
He told the media after the victory:
“You couldn’t get into a restaurant yesterday without seeing Bills fans. It was awesome,” Ryan said. “I guess something I’m learning, I had no idea that Bills fans travel the way they do. Miami was packed. Here it was unbelievable. That’s such a great feeling to know that your guys are with you, your fans travel so well. I also love the fact that they aren’t off this boat. They never looked to jump and we gave them some reason to, but they’re sitting right there. That’s a great feeling.”
You know who isn’t shocked by this? Me. Not the least. You give Buffalo fans the chance to get out of town, make an easy drive down to Nashville, tell them they get to spend a weekend in NashVegas and that there will be a bunch of booze. They’ll show up.
