Expectations have been sky high around the Chicago Bulls for a long time and it has been a struggle to get out of the Eastern Conference because of injuries to Derrick Rose. The emergence of Jimmy Butler has helped ease some of the pressure but now the Bulls need to show that they can compete with the Cavaliers. Butler, Rose and Pau Gasol are a three-headed monster that can be hard to stop when they are running on all cylinders.
