Bama fan Blake Bowlin has had himself a big week. Not only did the Tuscaloosa resident get married Saturday, but the Tide made Wisconsin look silly and Saban found himself a quarterback. Just an all-around fun night for everyone.
And then Wednesday came around. And the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office paid a visit to the newlywed. Bowlin’s honeymoon was over as the sheriff took him to jail on a child porn charge.

Blake Weldon Bowlin, 28, is charged with possession of child pornography. He is currently in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
“We appreciate our partners in Oregon who provided invaluable assistance in the today’s arrest. Our ICAC Unit will continue to partner with municipal, county, state, and federal partners to aggressively investigate and assist in the prosecution of individuals who victimize our children,” said Secretary of Law Enforcement Spencer Collier.
According to Bowlin’s Facebook account, he’s a welder by trade and is originally from Arkansas. He attended the University of West Alabama and claims to have graduated in 2008.
Looks like this marriage is off to a rocky start.
