It’s been a year of change for Frank Gore.
For the first time in his professional career he won’t be suiting up for the San Francisco 49ers as he goes ring hunting with Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts. (Also, he actually gets to play with a legitimate NFL quarterback!) And off the field, he’s cutting ties with his offseason home in Davies, Fla., listing the monster, Mediterranean style pad for $1.695 million.
According to public records, Gore purchased the home back in 2008 for $1.72 million, so he’s going to take a bit of a loss here. Of course, your sympathy will likely wane immediately upon remembering Gore has $6.5 million in guaranteed money from his three-year pact with the Colts.
