There are a number of options for geniuses who get cornered after leading police on a high-speed pursuit: make a run for it, crawl on your hands and knees and take your punishment, shoot it out, etc. None of them are great (since they all lead to jail), but hey, that’s what you get for committing a crime.

However, an inebriated woman in Los Angeles broke out an unusual move Wednesday night, dancing in the faces of police after getting her tires blown out by spike strips:

Details of the incident via ABC 7:

According to Los Angeles police, the suspect was blasting through red lights and weaving in and out of traffic Wednesday night.

The suspect also ran over a spike strip and blew a tire, but that didn’t stop her from giving police a run for their money.

At one point, she got out of the car and did a little dance, but then got back inside the vehicle.

A few moments later, officers swarmed the car, pulled her out and took her into custody near the 2000 block of East 8th Street.

The woman is believed to have been under the influence.

I mean, there’s no choice but to give this woman props. The dance move was so unprecedented that a news outlet had no choice but to make a GIF of it in her honor. That’s how you know you’ve broken the law in style.
