Buy Rajon Rondo’s Boring Massachusetts Home — $1.99 Million

If any Celtics fans out there are still going through Rajon Rondo withdrawal, you really need to get over it (and realize he can’t shoot). But if you just can’t let go of the good times, you can set yourself up in his Lincoln, Mass. home, which is on sale for $1.99 million.
According to public records, the new Sacramento Kings guard bought the home back in 2008 for $1.82 million, and re-listed in May for $2.45 million. Obviously that ambitious number hasn’t worked in Rajon’s favor considering the numerous pricing drops. But don’t feel too bad for Rajon’s limited profit, he’s set to make $9.5 million this season.
Information from the realtor:

Enter through a gated tree-lined drive and discover an arrival courtyard at this gorgeous Shingle and Stone hilltop manse with young, chic designer decorated interiors. A Glamorous home fit for a Champion with 6500sf of sun filled living space and surrounded by 4+ private additional acres of shared conserved land: this is a private oasis. Elegant open floor plan perfect for entertaining with vaulted ceilings, limestone floors, flooded with natural light. Luxurious Master suite with 2 dressing rooms, fully finished walk out lower level with over the top home theatre, fireplaced entertainment lounge, game room and full bedroom and bath.

Honestly, outside of the film room, the whole place is a little blah. But if outdoor space is your thing, there’s a lot of that going on.
