I can only imagine what fans yell at Bryce Harper when he’s standing in right field. Obviously in Washington he’s getting prom proposals, but the reception at opposing teams’ stadiums is always something to watch. The words “overrated” and “cocky” have to be used ad nauseum — it only makes sense with the guy playing a good chunk of his games in New York, Philadelphia and Atlanta.
But Bryce got some revenge Monday night when he spurned some souvenir-thirsty Dodgers fans with a fake throw after making an inning-ending catch:
