Thanks to NBC Philadelphia producer @SteveBeck414 for sending over word that a Phillies fan robbed a Philly 7-Eleven this morning. This is exactly why I work so hard to build sources around the country. We have eyes and ears just looking for sports fans robbing banks, carryouts, etc.

On July 28, at 1:40 a.m., an unknown male entered the store located at 6622 Rising Sun Avenue and asked the cashier for a pack of cigarettes. According to the video, when the cashier began to ring up the cigarettes, the suspect pulled a large handgun from his waistband and motioned for the cashier to give him the money from the register.
DID YOU SEE THE SIZE OF THAT GUN HE PULLED FROM HIS PANTS? MOTHER OF GOD! You’d think Bob — or whatever his name is — would brings something a little more subtle. Nope, let’s see the 7-Eleven bro pull some shit with this in his face. Not happening.
Another thing that’s bugging me is that Bob went out and robbed a place in Phillies gear and the team is complete shit at 38-63. It’s pretty embarrassing.
