Former SDSU Golfer Paige Spiranac Shows Perfect Form on Her Flop Shot

It’s been a couple weeks since former SDSU golfer Paige Spiranac turned the Internet sideways with her jaw dropping Instagram page, and she hasn’t let up one bit. As you can see above, Paige took to the links Sunday and showed the world her flop game is on point.

But being an Internet sensation isn’t even close to what Paige aspires to be — the 2013 1st team All-Mountain West golfer recently discussed her newfound fame with CBS DC:

“There was never really like a goal in mind,” she said. “I was just posting for fun, never really thought I was going to blow up like this. I was just messing around a lot of the times on the golf course, just having some fun.”

And that her goal remains the same: play on the LPGA Tour.

“I don’t feel like I’ve played up to my potential, because in college I was focused on school as well,” she said. “That’s something that’s really important to me, and I wanted to do well in that, and that took some of my focus away from golf. I wasn’t able to give that everything I wanted to, so I think now that I have time to focus everything on golf, on fitness, I kind of just want to see where I can take it, where I can go with it.”

Well, it’s safe to say that Paige has the Internet behind her on her quest.

Sidenote: She noted in the story that she’s “very, very, very single.” Have at it, golf nerds.
