It appears that disgraced running back Ray Rice has relocated himself to Stamford to re-launch his life. Well, at the very least he sure loves to party there.
We spotted Ray getting chummy with the ladies of Stamford around mid-June, and he kept the trend going for his 4th of July festivities. Shockingly, everyone who met him had some sort of elevator joke caption to go with their pictures:
