Klay Thompson had himself a big Vegas weekend as NBA champion at the Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria where he was spotted getting twerked by some hot chick. Of course that set off all sorts of bells and whistles around BC HQ. The immediate goal was to figure out the identity of the twerk queen. It took about 15 minutes to discover that Yara F. is the lucky lady who worked over Thompson at the pool party.
Ladies, you know how these things go down: You and the girlfriends fly to Vegas for a weekend of partying and living the life at the Warriors pool party. One thing leads to another and you’re grindin’ on the 6-7 shooting machine. Then someone snaps pics and you’re on TMZ grindin’ Thompson.
That’s normally how these Vegas weekends end. You go home to your normal life. Klay goes back to California to do TV or whatever.
Not this story. It seems that Yara F. was in town with a couple friends. They flew in on a private plane. That plane left Vegas early this morning bound for El Paso and made an emergency landing on the shores of Lake Mead. Let’s just say if Lake Mead wasn’t drying up, there’s a good chance Yara F. and her friends would’ve been in big trouble.
Now that’s a Vegas weekend to remember. You grind Klay Thompson, end up on TMZ and nearly die in a plane crash. YOLO.
