Frisco RoughRiders manager Joe Mikulik is well known for theatrical ejections. (For those unaware, you can view his work by clicking here and here.) He added another meltdown to his highlight reel Tuesday night, after a blown call against the Midland RockHounds sent him flying off the rails.
As you can see above, Mikulik had every right to be upset as his third base runner, Jake Skole, was called out at home plate despite an obvious non-catch by the Rockhounds’ Bruce Maxwell. Mikulik responded accordingly by: tossing his gum, jawing at the umps, smashing his helmet, spiking — then punting — his cleats into the night, and ultimately tossing a trash can.

Oh, and to top it all off, the RoughRiders blew a three-run lead late and lost in extra innings by the score of 5-4.
