Japanese Baseball Fans Celebrate 7th Inning Stretch With Sperm Balloons

Charissa Thompson challenged her followers early this morning and so I took her challenge.

And so I started the day by emailing Jose Canseco to figure out how much he’s charging to live with him in Vegas for two weeks to learn hitting. I’m still waiting to hear back on a few things that I plan to pass on to BC readers.
Then, while doing an ordinary Reddit search for interesting Far East baseball tidbits, I came across this video from tonight’s Japanese baseball action. It turns out that it’s a Japanese baseball tradition during the 7th inning stretch to sing and release sperm balloons. Had absolutely no clue.
I’m sure someone who travels the world for work will bash me for not being worldly. Sorry. Charissa challenged me so I took the challenge. Sperm balloons. Had no clue.
