It’s been a big night at Yankee Stadium: Delmon Young robbed Alex Rodriguez of home run No. 661 (seriously), Alex Rodriguez hit No. 661 for real in his next at bat in the third inning, and Stephen Drew has managed to reach base twice. Huge stuff for the Bronx Bombers.
However, a Yankees fan has topped all of that fun with an ambitious diving attempt for a foul ball. Ambitious is the key word there, because as expected, it was a monumental failure highlighted by the “dad bod” fan tipping over and spilling someone’s beer:
