Two Darnell Dockett posts in one day? The man has been busy. Darnell has a new team now, so while he’s singing to hotel housekeepers, he also has to worry about the move out to San Francisco. First step is sell his old house back in Arizona. He bought the house back in 2006 for $1.4 million and now has put it back on the market for $949,000.
From The LA Times:
Built in 2006, the desert dwelling has 4,894 square feet of living space, including a chef’s kitchen with a tiered island, a great room, a den/office, six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Travertine flooring and raised interiors with groin vault ceilings are among the distinguishing features of the Tuscan-inspired residence.
This is an awesome house, perfect for a professional athlete. You have the great backyard with a grill station and pool — perfect for barbecue’s in the nice Arizona weather, you have a giant closet with a shoe ladder, and a big ass movie theater with a bar. Don’t surprised if another Cardinal ends up buying this. Also, there is a zero percent chance Darnell buys Vernon Davis’ boring ass San Jose house.
