Boycotting a trip to the Final Four madness
I was thinking about driving down to Indianapolis to see the crazy Kentucky fans that have descended upon that poor city. I planned to document the insane people that smell blood in the water and that 40-0 record. Then I thought it would be best if I just hung around the house today and drank beer. Things could still change, but as of right now I’m thinking a couch is my best spot for the Final Four. I’m boycotting Kentucky this weekend because they have blocked the Lexington police scanner. I’m not kidding. The only outlets that have access to the scanner are the local media. Boycott City. I’m rooting for the schools that will cause the most police scanner action. How can I possibly root for Kentucky if I can’t hear those rednecks getting arrested?
Final Four ticket prices
I saw $700 for a single on Friday, which is absolutely nuts considering I only paid $400 for my Ohio State national championship ticket. The cheapest today are $719. Take my word, just buy near tip and save 50%.
