I’m game for a solid Spring Training prank. Let’s go to Indians camp where the boys are loose because Sports Illustrated already has them winning the World Series.
This came from a member of the grounds crew.
Mike Aviles didn’t like how Jose Ramirez parked his car anywhere in the players lot so he stole the keys and moved it pic.twitter.com/isq8M9EXsJ

It’s a beautiful morning in Goodyear. The sun is out, birds are chirping… and Jose Ramirez’s car is at shortstop. pic.twitter.com/hRLpI39t2i — Jordan Bastian (@MLBastian) March 26, 2015
Tight teams don’t get to, or win, the World Series. The Indians just became my pick to play the Nats.
Whispers are that Mike Aviles may be the driver behind this prank on Ramirez. I know, real hard to believe Aviles would be involved, right? — Jordan Bastian (@MLBastian) March 26, 2015
The thinking here has to be that the Tigers will struggle without Scherzer. The Indians will be so loose that they’ll win 93 games and the youth will play like the Royals in the A.L. Championship Series. Mike Aviles, you might remember, was the brains behind a prank on Jeff Francoeur where he thought a teammate was deaf.

How crazy would it be for Cleveland fans to win the NBA title and the World Series in five months. Looks like it’s going to happen. Both squads are loose.
