Columbus Cops Hunting For ‘Buckeye Bandit’ Bank Robber

A press briefing from the FBI is scheduled for this morning in Columbus where cops are still hunting for the “Buckeye Bandit,” a bank robber who is wanted for pulling up to 20 robberies since 2013. This guy got his FBI nickname because he’s normally in OSU gear when he pops a bank.

The Buckeye Bandit even has a site dedicated to his capture.

In 2013, an individual began conducting a series of bank robberies in the Columbus, OH area. The media later dubbed him as the “Buckeye Bandit” based upon his Buckeye Apparel. This site was establashed for the public to provide any information regarding the “Buckeye Bandit”. It is also a gateway for law enforcement agencies and banks to send information and images on the “Buckeye Bandit”.
