CSN Bay Area got its hands on the Bruce Miller arrest report and we now learn that the incident that led to his trip to jail went down behind the Posh Bagel in Santa Clara.
We still don’t know who the victim is in this case, but we do know that Bruce, who got engaged in 2014, has deleted nearly all of the photos of his fiancee, Leanne Massey, from his Instagram account before locking it.
Initial media reports called the incident “spousal battery.” I think we can go out on a limb and say this was Massey making the call.

Scanner recordings reviewed by The Chronicle revealed that the alleged victim called police to the Posh Bagel at 3957 Rivermark Plaza about 10:30 p.m. Thursday, saying she was behind the restaurant and that her boyfriend had “attacked her and took her keys.”
She then said, “’Never mind,’ and hung up,” a dispatcher told police. A witness described the suspect — identified on the recording as Miller — as being 6-foot-3 and weighing 250 pounds.
