Open mic comedy night
So last night I ended up at an open mic comedy show and I’m sitting there enjoying a beer when my neighbor walks in. It’s the 60+ neighbor who is nice but rarely chats. I just assumed he went into his house, pounded wine and read books. Not Larry. HE WAS PERFORMING STANDUP COMEDY. AND HE’S BEEN PERFORMING AT OPEN MICS…in NYC and Colorado. His act is for the older generation since it includes bits on how his voice sounds like Andy Rooney and Paul Harvey — both of whom are dead.
