My god I can’t remember what it was like to do chin-ups like that when I was at my peak physical shape at like 13 years old. I just sit here in awe — watching ESPN while I’m working — as Gronk just ripped off this set at the Hammer Strength booth at the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association trade show being held right now in Los Angeles.

You might remember that the Gronk family is in the workout fitness equipment business. The family has stores in Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati. We can assume that Rob’s dad, Gordy, has a business relationship with the Hammer Strength people. One thing leads to another and Rob is putting on a fitness show for the visitors.
